Following the decision of the Registration Committee on 24th April 2007 to refuse registration on the grounds that the Committee was not satisfied as to the Applicant's good character and conduct as required under Section 58(1)(a) and (3) of the Care Standards Act, the final decision letter was sent to the Appellant on 25 April 2007.RepresentationMiss Morris of Counsel appeared on behalf of the Respondents, with Ms Rejman of Field Fisher Waterhouse, instructing solicitors and Ms Hollinrake, witness for the Respondents. The Appellant appeared in person, with his father, Mr Skervin, attending the first hearing and Mrs Skervin, his mother, present at the final hearing.1.
